Added 5g Video iPod

I have done a test of the latest 5G iPod today, so its now added to the list. The results are really good, even though on one of the channels the headphone amp is quieter. Its not the case when I have tried playback using universal dock.

    good work - i really appreciate it!

    you commented on the dock comparision. that is, the dock versus headphone out analysis. if i recall correctly you mentioned it was different for the 5g. can you provide that analysis as well?

    I was going to post the 5g’s dock comparison, but was afraid it will confuse people. I will try to post it, just need to figure out a better way to orginize an ever growing number of pages on this site.

    I have noticed that 5g’s volume control controls the signal of the dock output, while other ipods dont do that.

    I’ve built several cables now using just a dock connector, would be interesting if you did a test, comparing it to the dock ;-)
